How to read update notices
Updates should explain product behavior, network conditions and security boundaries rather than manufacture urgency. When no verifiable date exists, this site uses neutral labels such as Recent Update, Product Notice and Security Notice instead of inventing a publication date. When behavior changes, verify the current domain, network and on-chain facts before acting.
What should be independently verified
Network fees, transaction status, contract addresses, validator queues and DApp permissions can all be checked against public blockchain data. This site does not invent partnerships, licenses, funding, user counts, transaction volume or market rankings when no verifiable source is available. Recovery material is never required to “verify” an update.
What to do with an abnormal notice
Stop if a notice asks for an immediate transfer, remote-control software, recovery material or an unexplained signature. Re-enter through an already trusted site path and check public addresses, transaction hashes and network status. On-chain transactions generally cannot be unilaterally reversed by a wallet, so human review matters most when a message is trying to create urgency.
The boundary between notices and support
Support can explain public processes, network concepts and transaction lookup without taking control of an account. A useful report may include a public address, transaction hash, network name and error text. Do not submit a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase or verification code. Third-party DApps and smart contracts still require independent risk review.
